- Attended hearings at the Administrative court and Economic Court
- Attended hearings with the Tripartite Experts Committee.
- Advised on intellectual property matters as well as pharmaceutical products’ regulations.
- Advised on Imports law and GATT Law compliance – lawsuit before the Administrative courts re Agreement on Implementation of GATT Article VII (Customs valuation).
- Attended Meetings at the General Authority For Investment—GAFI (represented our client before the Committee reporting to the Ministerial Committee for Settling Investment Disputes).
