    • Full coordination with BRISTOWS, a London based Law Firm specialized in Patent Law.
    • Attended hearings at the Administrative court and Economic Court
    • Attended hearings with the Tripartite Experts Committee.
      • Advised on intellectual property matters as well as pharmaceutical products’ regulations.
  • Advised on Imports law and GATT Law compliance – lawsuit before the Administrative courts re Agreement on Implementation of GATT Article VII (Customs valuation).
  • Attended Meetings at the General Authority For Investment—GAFI (represented our client before the Committee reporting to the Ministerial Committee for Settling Investment Disputes).
  • Advised on compliance with Competition Law, Banking law and corporate law.
  • Reviewed two credit facility agreements related to Consortium banks.
  • Advised on and represented a multinational food manufacturer re Criminal liability for food fraud case.
  • Advised on Agreements to provide Satellite services.
  • Headed meetings to negotiate end of service agreements and advised on employment matters.
  • Advised on criminal liability of former board member and compliance with the law regulating insurance companies.
